On January 4 2016 the library relocated from Victoria Street to Duke Street where most of the collections are on the ground with the study area, reference collection and local studies on the lower floor. Facilities include drinks machines, a children’s area, toilets and public computers with internet access, free wi-fi and charging points for customers using their own devices.

Membership is free to all Island residents who are able to provide proof of address.
