Local historian Peter Kelly MBE gave a talk on January 8th at the Henry Bloom Noble Library about old Manx postcards depicting Island towns and villages in Edwardian times.
Architectural historian Mr Kelly, who has been collecting postcards since the age of 12 and now has more than 2000, worked for Onchan Commissioners for more than 30 years and in 2011 was appointed Captain of Onchan Parish.
