A session not be 'mythed'

A Story Lab activity session at the Henry Bloom Noble Library majored on Manx myths and fairy tales.

JanM0SC 9740Borough librarian Jan Macartney (pictured) read a selection of Manx fairy tales by 'Gran'ma Flannery' about the triskelion and Loaghtan sheep, after which the children made Loaghtan sheep masks, coloured in Fairy Bridge pictures and made triskelion shields. The session formed part of the Summer Reading Challenge, sponsored by Scottish Widows.
