Manx National Heritage’s 2014 open day programme provided visitors an opportunity to tour Douglas town hall on Friday October 10th and Saturday October 11th and, for some, to meet the Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor Stan Cain JP and Mrs Sheila Cain.
