Her Worship the Mayor Councillor Carol Malarkey JP has hosted an event outlining proposals for establishing a Manx Credit Union.

Around 60 people attended the Positve Action Group meeting at the town hall led by working party chairman David Talbot, (pictured below) who was joined UK Credit Unions Limited operations manager Dawn Vear.
