Douglas Borough Council strongly recommends public wear masks when attending Council sites

 

In line with the latest guidance from the Isle of Man Government, Douglas Borough Council strongly recommends that members of the public wear masks when visiting its public counters and the Henry Bloom Noble Library.

 

The public are also encouraged to use the hand sanitisers provided at all the Council’s customer-facing sites.
