Chair of the Housing Committee Councillor Claire Wells delivered her annual review of the housing budget at a public meeting of the Council on Wednesday January 30 held in Douglas Town Hall, ahead of the rate levy being set for the 2019-2020 financial year.
Councillor Wells called for control of the Council's 'own destiny' and pledged to progress a housing development strategy that would 'deliver for Douglas'.
