Peder and Maureen Nielsen were guests of the Mayor at the town hall, before leaving their Isle of Man home for their home in The Gambia at the end of the summer. Mr Nielsen is orginally from Denmark and he and his wife were joined in the town hall by Pauline and Bill Corlett who serve on the mayoral fundraising charity committee.
