The Mayor and Mayoress met with entrepreneurs of the future at the Palace Hotel competing in Junior Achievement's company programme Company of the Year challenge.
This year saw a record number of entries, 29, in the competition that challenges students to form a company and bring a product to market. The winning team, to be announced on Wednesday March 15 at an awards ceremony, will go on to represent the Isle of Man in July in Brussels, where they will compete against some 39 other countries for the title JA-YE Europe Company of the Year.
