Mayor gives talk to Manx Stroke Association

On Thursday February 11 Her Worship the Mayor, Councillor Sara Hackman, gave a talk to members of the Manx Stroke Association at Corrin Court, Onchan. It provided an opportunity to explain the mayor's role and speak about the regalia worn on civic occasions.
