The council got behind October’s National Breast Cancer Awareness month and the Manx Breast Cancer support group’s campaign by lighting the town hall pink over the weekend of Friday October 23 to Sunday October 25.
In addition, Her Worship the Mayor, Councillor Sara Hackman, joined forces with Council Members for a fundraising cake bake sale while the parks section decorated Number 1 Marine Garden in pink ribbons.
