Her Worship the Mayor, Councillor Sara Hackman JP, presided over a preview for Members and officers on Thursday October 8 of an exhibition of rare vintage aerial views of Douglas taken in 1935 ahead of the two-day open day programme at the town hall in support of Manx National Heritage's scheme to offer access to properties, lands and displays usually closed to the public.
