Legends from the silver screen was the theme for a gala dinner hosted by the Mayor and Mayoress, Councillor Stan Cain JP and Mrs Sheila Cain held on Friday March 27th at the Empress Hotel.
The occasion marked the closing weeks of the current civic year which concludes in May and was in aid of the mayoral charity appeal which, by the end of the evening, was set to benefit from more than £2000 raised on the night.
