His Worship the Mayor Councillor Stan Cain JP has launched the 2014 Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
The Strand Centre was the setting for the launch where he was joined by the Mayoress, Sheila Cain, Royal British Legion Isle of Man County president the Hon Steve Rodan SHK, chairman Graham Hooton, women's section chairman Pam Collister and poppy appeal coordinator Audrey Brown MBE.
