MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Maternity cover is required in Chief Executive’s Department for an experienced Secretary/Administrative Assistant. This is a wide ranging role working closely with various staff to assist in all secretarial duties and if you consider yourself to be organised, trustworthy and reliable then we would welcome an application from you.  To be successful in this job you should have a good standard of interpersonal, written and oral communication and organisational skills and an excellent telephone manner.  You should also be computer literate and be an experienced user of Microsoft packages.
