MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB


We are seeking to recruit to the position of Debt Collection Assistant (part-time), the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for telephone calls, emails and other correspondence from customers. You will also provide an efficient and effective income collection service undertaking a full range of debt recovery and management processes to enable residents and customers to reduce their level of arrears.

 

Successful candidate must have 3 GCSE’s (including English and Mathematics, Grade C or above/equivalent) and have experience in the provision of a customer focused service, with the ability to communicate effectively.
